Position Purpose:
The Learning and Development Instructional Designer will be responsible for the design and development of enterprise wide training programs.
The position will work with internal and external partners to design, develop, and implement enterprise wide training programs.
The roll will manage large scale training programs from the original needs assessment to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the program.
Identify appropriate training delivery methods.
Produce training strategy and plans to meet curriculum and development needs.
Monitor, measure and report on training and development needs.
 
Qualifications:
Experience-Education (Required):
instructional / curriculum design and development; BA in HR, Instructional Design, Adult Education or other related field.

Competencies-Skills
(Required):

Curriculum design and development adult education/learning principles; eLearning development, leadership development, instructional design, creating and maintaining relationships; Knowledge of e-learning systems, development tools, content and vendors; Marketing/communication skills, group facilitation skills, consulting skills; Team player, result orientation, flexibility; Experience managing multiple initiatives at one time.
Experience-Education (Preferred):
Masters Degree

Organizational design, performance consulting executive coaching; Leadership development
