Position Purpose:
This position will be the primary point of contact for implementing the Coupa Procure-to-Pay software with Land O'Lakes customer base (related entities). Key responsibilities will include:

*Training customer employees in the system, recommending best practices for procurement policies and approval levels for each organization type, managing multiple implementation projects, and trouble shooting issues.
*Suggesting system improvements, managing future integrations and automating reporting requirements, and being a point person for general IT hardware/software questions that may arise from the customers.
*Guiding the customers through implementation of Coupa. This will include on-site visits, management multiple implementations at once, training, and acting as a subject mater expert for the customers.
*Leading customer service and trouble shooting issues that arise and shepherding them to resolution.
*Recommending and executing on system improvements to improve the user experience, increase efficiency and improving service levels.
*Assisting in Indirect Merchandising strategy development and execution.
*Supporting P&L management as necessary.

Qualifications:
Experience-Education (Required):
A four year degree in management, IT or other related program. 5-10 years of experience in IT program management or overall project management.

Competencies-Skills (Required):
Candidates must have the ability to learn new concepts quickly, and to work under deadlines and shift emphasis when required. Strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail required.
Effective influencing, trouble-shooting, and problem resolution skills are essential.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including with customers. Strong oral, written communication skills as well as presentational skills are also necessary. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and Procure2Pay software (Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).

Experience-Education (Preferred):

MBA or similar degree

Competencies-Skills (Preferred):
Experience with Coupa software
