Qualifications:

•     All around feedlot knowledge; buying feed, assisting with cattle buying
•     Solid feedlot background
•     5 years animal health background
•     Prefer past leadership experience
•     Arc and acetylene a plus

Job Description:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing This Eastern Iowa Feedlot is looking for a good Feedlot Cattleman with a solid feedlot background. Needs to be well rounded in feedlot knowledge, buying feed, assisting with buying cattle (won’t hedge), work with customers, and lead tours of the yard. Need to know nutrition, animal health, sick cattle, pen maintenance, know how to manage time and employees and more. Need person who’s been successful in this capacity. Willing to pay more according to person’s background and work history.
