Process Engineer - Peoria, IL This is a full time, exempt position

Job Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of various plan processes Gather data and analyze existing processes for cost savings, reliability and performance improvement opportunities. Coordinate with plant groups to implement process changes. Work with a variety of production and maintenance colleagues to safely meet daily operational needs. Support operation and supervision requirements during occasional shutdown and weekend coverage Manage small maintenance and capital projects

Job Requirements:
Commitment to working safely, maintaining environmental compliance, and producing quality products is required BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering is required. 3-5 years of experience in a corn processing plant is preferred. Familiarity with P&ID's, Control Narratives, quality and environmental documentation is preferred. Able to work in a variety of plant environments including confined spaces, elevated heights, inside, and outside and ability to climb stairs is required. Excellent organizational skills.
