Corporate encompasses the core operational support for all Land OLakes businesses. It includes Business Development Services, Corporate Market Strategy and Communications, Finance, Law, Human Resources, Information Technology and Public Affairs.

Position Purpose:
The position will rotate through four different areas of the IT organization over a two year period. Each rotation will be 6 months in lengt. Areas of opportunity include Project Management, Business Systems Analysis, Software Development, Infrastructure, and Application Support. In addition to the rotational assignment you will complete a predefined leadership development curriculum and get exposure to Land O'Lakes senior leadership team.

Qualifications:
Experience-Education (Required):

*Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, or related field
*Minimum 3.0 GPA
*At least 1 internships in a related field
*Willingness and ability to relocate throughout the program
*Must commit to the 2 year program
