Responsibilities:
Read and analyze work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs Plan orders in system/track inventory Motivate and manage supervisors to ensure highest productivity from employees Interpret specifications, job orders, and company policies/procedures for workers

Qualifications:
8-10 years experience in Shipping inventory Able to work most Saturdays and some Sundays (50+ hrs/week) 4-6 years experience managing people Highly motivated Degree in operations management or supply chain preferred
