Marketing Segment Specialist
Due to extreme success and growth, a World Leading company is looking for an experienced Agricultural Marketing professional to fill a Specialist/team lead position, and join a very successful current team structure.
This person will be a Key Contributor for our continued growth and expansion.
Candidate needs to have a unique blend of education, experience, ag background, skills, and desire to perform and top levels.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would possess 8+ years of proven successful marketing experience and strong working knowledge in the Livestock or Crops segments of the Agricultural industry.
Exceptional written and oral presentations skills a must, with proven portfolio of materials to review.
This position will be responsible for development of marketing plans and campaigns, tactical marketing materials, market research and new product roll-outs. Creating initiatives to promote sales of current and future product offerings, that engage multi-dimensional media fronts.
This person will work intimately with counterparts in marketing, R&D, Product Management, and Sales teams, and create connections between market needs (demand) and product design offerings. The ideal candidate will have solid background and degree in agricultural communications or marketing, animal science, agronomy or meat science, with marketing and product campaigns and launch experience.
