Nutra Blend LLC is an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.

Position Purpose:
To develop and implement HR strategies and procedures in support of NutraBlends business initiatives across multiple locations. This includes partnering with leadership to create a culture of performance accountability, building talent and improving operational excellence. Also includes management of payroll, employee benefits, talent management, compensation, employee relations, training, and other areas as appropriate.


Qualifications:

Experience-Education (Required):BS/BA in related field. Masters in HR or Organization Development a plus. 10 years of progressive HR generalist experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Includes recruitment and selection, compensation, employee relations, training; pro-active HR leadership in support of business strategy; experience in assessing business needs and aligning organizational structure, culture and capabilities to meet those needs.
