SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for planning IE strategies to initiate and implement projects, developing and maintaining engineering labor standards, and maximizing labor resource effectiveness.

Other duties include assisting in the implementation of automation, providing information for managerial decision making, supplying support for ergonomics program, and any other responsibilities as the need arises.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: B. S. degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical degree or Masters with B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical degree.

Experience: 6+ years' experience preferred with Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years' experience preferred with M.S. Degree.

Computer Skills: Knowledge and exposure to engineering related computer systems.
