QUALIFICATIONS:
BS Degree in Science, Engineering or related field or 10 or more years experience in a related field.

A strong environmental background is required, Title V experience is a plus.

Working knowledge of federal, state and local regulations dealing with EPA Title V regulations, NPDES, process safety management, OSHA general industry and construction standards, air and water quality, hazardous waste, emergency response and mitigation, water use and discharge, storm water, leak detection and repair, spill prevention controls and countermeasures, risk management and facility response plan.

Must be detail-oriented, have strong MS Office experience and be proficient with developing and using spreadsheets and/or databases.

Must be able to multi-task and take ownership of assigned projects.

Must be able to lead by example and have good communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional organizational skills pertaining to record keeping and reporting.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a major Agri-Business in their search for an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to be responsible for outlining and implementing programs regarding environmental regulatory compliance, employee EHSS procedures and accident protection and prevention. Position will also be responsible for developing and distributing educational materials, inspecting company facilities and recommending corrections or additional precautions.
