We have a seed company seeking someone to recruit and manage dealers to sell seed in the central US.

This is a multi-state region with your preferred geography to be in southern Nebraska. Your primary focus will be to develop a dealer network that will sell seed on an independent basis. Your job is to find, sign, train, and lead them to be successful selling seed. You will strategize with sales management to determine specific geographies where dealers are sought, then allocate resources to find them. You'll be responsible for your operational budget, contracts, business plans, training, and overall leadership of your specific region.

Ideally, the candidate hired for this position will be someone who has had a successful track record in selling seed or management of sales staff and who demonstrates a professional attitude.

Competitive compensation and benefits will be offered to you based upon your experience and what you can bring to the job. $100-130,000 plus benefits and vehicle.
