General Description:
Responsible for Labor Relations with local UFCW, administration of the collective bargaining agreement and the grievance process. Administers unemployment claims, attends unemployment hearings.
Required competencies:

    Be able to communicate written and verbally in English Analytical skills Strong communication and leadership skills Self-motivated/ High sense of urgency Able to perform under high stress situations

Education Requirements (if applicable):

    Bachelor’s degree required in related field PHR or SPHR preferred 6+ years of experience in Human Resources 2-3 years of experience in meat processing or other manufacturing setting
