Job Description:
Our Client is a premium fertilizer and service based company with a solid track record of growth and profits.  They want to hire a Regional Sales Manager to work with the sales team and independent rep systems to ramp up product adoption and sales growth.

This position will report to the National Sales Manager and will be highly financially incentivized.  The position is a new one created because the Indiana Market is growing quickly for the company and they need someone there to drive continued growth. 
This territory covers the western half of the state, but the focus will be in the Northwest quarter around Lafayette. 
The Regional Sales Manager will need to have experience recruiting Sales Managers and Dealers and setting them up within the business.  A strong entrepreneurial drive will be needed and will be rewarded with a very strong base compensation and incentive that can drive income.  

Job Qualifications:

Must Have:
    Ability to source talent, hire the right people for the bus, and develop a world class sales organization
    Ability to lead a sales organization in your region and help them all to succeed
    A desire to be a part of a family company that could include owning part of the company down the road
    Ability to manage a significant workload including travel in Indiana

Desirable:
    Knowledge of basic plant fertility
    Ability to implement marketing programs and educating a dealer network about how to maximize them for growth

Job Salary

    Base ~ $90-115KK
    Incentive ~ Commission based that could be as high as $50K or better
