Job Summary
As an Experienced Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll help recruiters with all aspects of processing experienced hire applicants. You’ll perform and manage day-to-day applicant processing and recruiting activities, such as coordinating and managing office visits. You’ll also carry out other related troubleshooting activities. By participating on the experienced hire team, you’ll help design and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies. To execute key phases of the recruiting process, you’ll work with the Human Resources Shared Service Center (HRSSC).

You’ll report directly to and receive direction and mentorship from a designated Recruiting Manager(s). However, you’ll also be expected to work independently on various customer-service aspects of the recruiting process.

Responsibilities
* Manage applicant office visits; provide just-in-time support. Deal with candidates on-site, and manage office visit issues (including cancellations, rescheduling) on behalf of the recruiter, Experienced Recruiting Coordinators are not always based in the same office as the recruiter(s) they support
* Work with recruiters, the HRSSC, and clients to develop and maintain relationships with candidates. Make necessary adjustments to interview schedules
* Use your proficiency with Taleo and other recruiting tools, to help recruiters with candidate issues
* Work with the HRSSC to carry out key phases of the recruiting process, including scheduling, offers, and on-boarding
* Coordinate with multiple internal groups (including Partnership, General Counsel, Independence and Mobility Services) to gather all financial and other candidate information and paperwork
* Help validate I-9 documentation and collect new hire paperwork
* Determine timing requirements, interviewer lists and on-site logistics for group office visits. This will include greeting and intake of candidates
* Work closely with recruiters and HRSSC, to manage all aspects of electronic candidate recruiting files
* Prepare a package for senior leaders that includes candidate profiles and background information
* Help the Sourcing team and recruiters with creative sourcing program activities
* Working with Areas, coordinate events with local professional organizations (receptions, Masters of Business Administration (MBA)/Experienced Career Fairs, presentations, other internal events, etc.)
* Research the feasibility of career fairs and other external recruiting events
* Liaise with career services offices for MBA programs or university alumni programs. Manage a number of recruiting communications and reporting processes
* Support retention initiatives, through analysis and hands-on follow up with Area/field personnel
* Liaise with Ernst & Young affinity groups, to help with inclusiveness events run by the experienced hire recruiting team
* Help plan and execute experienced hire recruiting events
* Maintain a contact list of key contacts from professional organizations, at both a national and local level
* Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
* Collect and process information.
* Identify issues and escalate as appropriate
* Contribute knowledge, and promote a knowledge-sharing culture
* Minimal travel required
* Overtime may be required, depending upon business needs

Knowledge and skills requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
* Strong knowledge and experience of applicant tracking or recruiting information databases/systems (Taleo)
* Maintain professional knowledge and experience, and build functional and/or technical knowledge and skills. Keep up-to-date with developments in recruiting
* English language skills – excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to regularly communicate highly confidential information to senior level candidates
* Exceptional customer service focus
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail
* Adept at working with teams in different office locations, and at promoting teamwork
* Confident at quickly adapting to changing work environment and priorities
* Comfortable working to tight deadlines

Experience
* A minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience

Education
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; a degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
