Seed - DSM - Oklahoma / Texas

Large Seed Company is looking for qualified candidate that has experience in the seed sales business to cover a territory in the panhandle of Oklahoma as well as the panhandle of Texas.

This great opportunity is for an individual that is not only motivated to sell, but enjoys the opportunity to work with others.  As a DSM you will build your own team of dealers and sellers and coach them for success as well as work with an established team of dealers.  The ideal candidates for this position are existing DSM's or retail sales people who are ready to take that next step in their career.  The territory has some existing dealers in place but the territory is open for a large amount of growth.  

A qualified candidate will start with a strong base salary, excellent bonus programs, and a great benefits package. They have very little turnover of employees. Getting the opportunity to join their team is something that is too good to pass up.
