EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.


BASIC SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    Minimum 1 year of directly related experience
    Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) required.  SAP experience preferred.
    Effective written and verbal communication skills
    Detail oriented

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Mt. Pleasant, TX rendering operations.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Schedule sold loads with correct price, PO number, sales contract, sales order and delivery note for five rendering plants.
    Responsible for all fat being bought on the outside for our feed mills.
    Key weekly pricing for feed mill.
    Schedule all buyback products and send PO numbers and dates to Vendor and Customer.
    Receive buyback invoices and ensure that customers are billed for product.
    Provide customers with information and dates for pick up.
    Enter soybean meal closes and Jacobsen closes.  Enter pricing. Put pricing on the schedule.
    Work with transportation department as needed.
    Assist new customers with credit applications and set up.
    Invoice research
    Enter and route invoices for payment.
    Answer phone and provide customer service as needed.
