SUMMARY:
Maintains fertilizer and fleet equipment, as required due to needed maintenance or breakdowns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Performs road service maintenance of vehicles and fertilizer equipment as required by P.M. Reports.
Maintains and repairs all fertilizer equipment and vehicles in shop.
Calibrates fertilizer and spray rig equipment.
Performs general housekeeping duties in shop.
Assists Maintenance Manager with P.M. reports.
Performs DOT inspections.
Performs facility maintenance duties.
Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Reliable and regular attendance is expected.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent and five years of related mechanic work or certification.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Knowledge of tools and machinery.
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
Possession of CDL is desired
