   Description:
Currently reviewing resumes for position of Mail Services Coordinator, to work in our mail room. The Mail Services Coordinator ensures the efficient and effective processing of all office incoming and outgoing mail. (Our mail room handles over 10,000 pieces of overnight mail per year -requiring electronic/computer receipt and delivery process and over 150,000 pieces of incoming postal mail per year.)

The Mail Services Coordinator manages the outbound check mailing process which includes the folding, stuffing, and mailing of all Accounts Payable checks (Folds, stuffs, seals and meters, over one million, six hundred thousand outbound checks per year.)

This is a temp to hire position, good hourly rate, nice work environment, near DART line. DART pass or parking paid at 100%.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, mailing facility. Thorough technical knowledge of all USPS services, restrictions, and regulations for cost effective mailing. Thorough knowledge of all overnight courier services and their respective computer software processing systems.

Minimum 5 years experience with folding /stuffing and mailing machines. Technical ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and perform minor repairs on related department equipment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Follow though and capacity to multi-task. Ability to prioritize and exercise sound judgment. Effective verbal and written communication skills ​
