Job Description:
We are growing aggressively and that has opened up a new Senior Manager opportunity for our power products.​ If you are dynamic leader with hands-on PMIC experience and would like to grow a team under a solid-growth organization, we want to talk to you.​

Responsibilities:
    As a Sr.​ Manager of Design Engineer, you will lead a team of exceptional power IC designers in the development of power management circuits and highly integrated mixed-signal IC’s for some of the world’s most notable organizations in the mobile space.​ The candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership and organizational leadership of the team.​
    The candidate will be responsible for the team’s project success, all while focusing on execution.​

Requirements:
    MSEE with 10+​ years experience in power management IC design.​
    Technical expertise in linear and DC/​DC regulators and related analog and mixed-signal circuitry.​
    Familiarity with Cadence AMS design tools, layout, DFM/​DFT, ESD and latch-up.​
    Experience with Behavioral Modeling of Analog blocks.​
    Strong verbal and written communication skills .​
    Strong project management skills and a proven track record in IC development.​
    Ability to work effectively with engineering teams at remote sites
