Act as the subject matter expert for an enterprise and serve as the system architecture authority within that scope.​


Role and Responsibilities include the following.​ Other duties may be assigned.​

  •     Develop system functional and non-functional requirements.​
  •     Provide leadership regarding system design, architecture, and integration.​
  •     Mentor and lead project teams in the appropriate use of technology.​
  •     Review and approve high risk design decisions prior to implementation.​
  •     Define solution and strategy, technology innovation and enterprise architecture services.​
  •     Lead system design activities or reviews system designs to ensure that applications solutions will exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment.​
  •     Lead technology and product general assessments, detailed evaluations, and final selections.​
  •     Educate and provide technical advice to management and client.​
  •     Lead the preparation of solution and strategy work products, technology and product analysis, white papers, and responses to management queries on technology and product related topics.​
  •     Represent company in technology discussions with the customer; ensures client satisfaction.​
  •     Drive technology innovation through rapid proof of concepts.​
  •     Drive system and architecture development methodologies.​
  •     Work under general supervision, a wide degree of creativity and latitude required.​
Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.​ A.​) from four-year college or university and five to seven years related experience and/​or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.​
  • Knowledge of Networks (LANs/​WANs).​
  • Knowledge of network security virtualization (networks, storage, desktops) and associated data center technologies.​
