Job Description:
Looking for an experienced individual for the role of production foreman.​ Selected individual will work to guide and staff such as lease operators and pumpers as well scheduling and supervising maintenance and installation of production equipment.​

Responsibilities:
    Guides and directs contract pumpers and lease operators in the daily operations of assigned areas
    Schedules production well maintenance and work over activities
    Works closely with Superintendent & Assistant Superintendent to monitor LOE expense as well as production volumes in order to meet budgets
    Supervises installation and operation of satellites and tank battery facilities
    Supervises installation of flow lines, water injection lines and gathering lines
    Insures all safety, environmental and regulatory guidelines are followed

Requirements:
    Proven experience in supervising field personnel
    Knowledge of governmental oil and gas regulations required
    Computer proficiency
    Downhole well operations experience
    5-10 years total O&G experience in Permian Basin
    Previous experience in supervisory capacity
