Job Description:
One of our repeat longtime customers, a global leader in the manufacture of petrochemical products has the immediate requirement for a Process Safety Management Engineer for their Northeast Texas facility.​

Responsibilities:
    Manage and lead the Process Safety Management department
    Develop and implement goals along with the corporate HSE department in regards to policies, standards and procedures for the PSM program
    Coordinate compliance audits and identify requirement improvement and follow up time periods, working with the corporate Health, Safety and Environmental department
    Lead the plant’s Process Hazard Analysis Program (PHA), Level of Protection Analysis (LOPA) and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) Program implementation and management
    Monitor the plants incident investigation reporting program, provide guidance and initiate /​ recommend areas of improvement
    Monitor trends from plant data within the PSM program

Requirements:
    BS Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required
    Minimum 5 years in Chemical, Petrochemical or Refinery environment
    PHA and PSM experience is required
