Job Description:
As our newest Reliability Engineer you will have the opportunity to provide technical leadership to improve equipment reliability by working closely with plant maintenance, inspection, operations & process personnel.​

Responsibilities:
    Coordinate and perform predictive & preventive maintenance
    Maintain & provide input on bad actor list
    Drive reliability improvements
    Identify equipment problems & recommend appropriate measures to control, manage & correct issues
    Recommend material upgrades or changes as the situation & conditions warrant
    Offer technical oversight to repairs & modifications
    Input data to system to capture appropriate equipment data, records & repair histories, & standards updates

Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering w/​ 3+​ year’s direct experience working on rotating & fixed equipment & reliability processes.​
    Experience with process control valve selection, specification, & sizing
    Familiarity with leading & participating in Root Cause Failure analyses
    Knowledge of reliability principles & risk based inspection programs
    Working Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, Honeywell DCS, & Honeywell CL Computer skills
