Agronomy Sales Manager - KS
Large and expanding ag retailer in Kansas is searching for a Agronomy Sales Manager to lead a successful Agronomy Sales team and help grow the market share throughout the territory.

Successful candidates must meet or exceed the following qualifications:

    Understand how to train and develop an Agronomy Team
    Be willing to work in the field side by side (be able and willing to get dirty)
    Build and utilize chemical, fertilizer and seed programs to the fullest
    Develop goals and implement sales strategies
    Willingness to call on customers and work as a team to accomplish day to day work load
    Work with operations to maximize efficacy in both departments
    Have the skill set to organize and develop a 12 month calendar of goals
    Worked with and implemented precision ag programs
    Be on the leading edge of technology
