This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated Horticultural Sales Representative to join a growing company.

Due to company growth, we have identified the need to create a new position for a Sales Representative to join an established California sales team. The position will cover the Central area of California focusing on Kings and Tulare counties and the applicants must live within this area.

This position calls for a highly self motivated individual who excels at achieving their sales targets, securing new business and building and maintaining customer relationships. You will become an integral part of a highly professional sales team and would be required to develop and maintain working relationships with growers, industry leaders and technical experts as well as support and provide suggestions on best practice to customers in regards to the companies' products. The ability to sell based on customer profitability with post sales customer service is key to this position.

Your background, experience and attributes will include:

    A minimum of three years sales experience in a relevant industry.
    Outstanding relationship-building and customer service skills and business professionalism.
    Being physically fit, as the job involves assisting customers with field installations.
    Only applicants with horticultural knowledge and experience and/or a relevant horticultural qualification will be considered.

In addition, it would be an advantage for candidates to have the following:

    A university degree in agriculture/horticulture supported with relevant technical experience in the horticultural fruit industry.
    The ability to speak read and write Spanish.
    Experience in fruit growing in California
