QUALIFICATIONS: 
· Must have at least two (2) years of recruiting experience.
· Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, and while being able to prioritize.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Must possess excellent customer service skills.
· Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word and Power Point.
· Over the Road transportation experience is desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsible for the selection and recruitment of company drivers. ·
 Processing of employment application including:
 Screening of applications, conducting phone interviews. ·
 Maintaining application files and logs. ·
 Attend job fairs, trade shows and other events as Company representative.
Some travel is required.
