GENERAL SUMMARY:
Manages all aspects of processing area, utilizing knowledge of processing technology, processing methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment. Provides leadership for employees in specified area and shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Manages all aspects of processing.
    Coordinates with Sales & Marketing to ensure orders are filled on a timely basis and meet all quality standards.
    Promotes and maintains plant safety as a top priority.
    Develops, leads and coaches supervisors and production employees.
