Production Lead (full-time, 1st shift)
SUPERVISOR:

Plant Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Maintain a safe work environment for employees and guests
Maintain a work environment conducive to manufacturing quality feed products
Maintain a clean work environment throughout the shift
Ability to lead and influence others
Ability to achieve on time bulk, bag, & tote orders for customer pick ups
Ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to operate JD Edwards
Ability to follow company policies & procedures

Any other tasks assigned by Plant Manager
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis, bend, twist, reach, grasp items; must be able work in a variety of environments, including heat, cold, dusty and noisy. Must be able to work with hearing protection in place as required. Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet, climb ladders to access equipment as necessary.
