Loan Administration

Leading Commercial Bank is looking for an experienced individual to help loan officers manage a multimillion dollar loan portfolio.

Responsibilities:

    Assist the commercial & consumer banking center team with developing, maintaining, and servicing customer relationships; and facilitate effective use of communication tools (Outlook, telephones, voice-mail, e-mail, and written).
    Handle loans that are participated.
    Be attentive to the needs of all customers with quick and competent responses, friendly and enthusiastic greetings, and by using the customer's name at least three times during a transaction.
    Maintain knowledge of Bank products and services and use such knowledge to sell, cross-sell, refer, and promote business growth as is appropriate.
    Implement and practice the Service Standards of Excellence.
    Comply with laws, regulations, policy, procedures, and the Team Handbook.
    Assist in past due ratios, credit and collateral exceptions.

Qualifications:

    Associates degree or equivalent; 3 years related secretarial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
