PRECISION PROCESSING SPECIALIST

AGRILAND FS is looking for a high energy, self starting individual with extensive experience using precision software. This individual will work in a fast paced professional environment with accountability for consistent, profitable sales growth. Sales growth will occur by managing precision ag resources and organizing and producing data for the AGRILAND FS sales force and support team.

Responsibilities:

    Manages all information and data collection related to the precision department.
    Processes all grid sample and application information in a timely manner.
    Produces all yield maps and field maps for entire organization.
    Processes and organizes all on-farm discovery information.
    Manages all production of presentation materials.
    Manages field scouting programs, personnel and equipment.

Requirements:

    Normally requires a Bachelor's Degree in an agricultural - related field, or equivalent experience.
    Extensive experience using precision software.
    Leadership experience, strong communication / persuasion skills.
    Strong agronomy fundamentals / emphasis on IPM and plant food.
    Office experience with ability to multi-task and avoid distractions.
    Strong work ethic with the ability and experience balancing work and life issues.
    Ability to self direct and make decisions while working in a team oriented environment.
    Demonstrate on the job learning, excellent organizational and time management skills.
