THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
    Oversee the company’s regional Service Managers and assist them in developing their teams of Service Technicians.
    You will travel on same day trips to various locations and work on employee development with the facility Service Manager.
    Report to the CEO and enjoy working under someone who believes in motivating and supporting you and your position.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

    Experience with Ag Equipment.
    Experience in overseeing supervisor and/or management positions preferred.
    Possess an agricultural background.
    Basic computer skills.
    Excellent leadership skills.
