We are seeking an entry-level person to join an agronomy retail agribusiness to operate large farm-related machinery in central Illinois.

This position is designed for someone with a heart and passion for farming who is at the beginning of their work career who enjoys operating the big rigs. This job is primarily focused on operating equipment in the field applying liquid and dry product and working around the facility doing whatever needs to be done.

The company would like to hire someone who is a recent high school or community college graduate who has a farm background and mechanical abilities who will accept training and mentoring.
You must be a good communicator, responsible, and understand the importance of timeliness in an agribusiness.

This is a full-time position with compensation based upon an hourly wage plus overtime with bonus potential and medical benefits provided. $30-38,000 plus benefits and bonus potential.
