A national livestock feed company is searching for an experienced Dairy Feed Sales Consultant! This company manufactures specialized feed ingredients and premix solutions for multiple species, but does a majority of business in Dairy. This company offers a competitive salary, endless commission potential and a full benefits! We have a professional staff with a great team atmosphere to provide assistance in all phases of work.

Due to company growth, we are in need of an experienced sales professional who can help dairy operations become more profitable in every aspect.
The dairies in our area are growing and we need people who can secure our market share.
The right person will have livestock sales experience and technical knowledge in order to be a valuable consultant.

This opportunity will give you the luxury of working out of your home office to manage dairy accounts to successfully increase company's dairy feed market share.
Qualified candidate will travel NC when necessary to be in connection with customers and sell feeding programs and provide technical support.

MUST HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE AND RELATED DEGREE IN ANIMAL NUTRITION TO BE CONSIDERED.

Dairy Sales Consultant Functions:

* Sales, Market Analysis and Technical Services of specialized product
* Apply sales techniques to increase dairy feed market share and meet sales goals
* Call on Dairy Farmers to sell feeding programs & provide technical expertise
* Ability to Cold-Call and Sell to established and prospective customers
* Work with feed division staff to achieve retail successs with feed and competitive prices
* Put on meetings and training seminars for current and prospective customers

Dairy Sales Consultant Minimum Qualifications:

* 2+ Years of experience of Sales in Livestock Feed/Nutrition
* Flexible travel depending on territory
* Bachelor's Degree in Animal Nutrition (combination of training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
* Basic Computer Skills

Compensation:

* $50,000-$80,000 + Commission
* Company provides vehicle, phone, computer
* Full Benefits Package including 401K Matching Program and Profit Sharing
