Summary:
Perform routine laboratory testing to confirm compliance with customer specifications.
Will be required to analyze and record all data, create required paperwork and meet scheduled sanitation requirements. Testing will be performed on incoming raw materials, outgoing products and all stages in process

Requirements: 
Candidate should be familiar with operating standard lab equipment (i.e., pH meter, balances, NIR, Farinograph). Basic knowledge of chemistry and/or biology is desired, but not required. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Ability to multi-task and work without immediate supervision is required. Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Outlook) a plus.
The candidate must be able to hear and speak clearly; read, comprehend and communicate, orally and in writing in order to effectively communicate in person or by phone.
Position requires the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow, as well as improve upon, safety policies & procedures (previous safety committee, &/or other safety leadership, a plus).
