We have a great opportunity for you to join a well-established seed company selling seed in southern Illinois.

The primary focus of this job is direct sales of seed to the farmer along with some dealer management. The territory is somewhat flexible and could extend as far north as IL-16, but the focus will be east of I-57 and south of US-50. There is existing business with plenty of opportunities for further growth.

You need to be a self starter and trustworthy. The company does not want to hire someone who needs daily "babysitting", but rather someone who knows that to be successful planning and execution of the plan is required.

You'll have plenty of freedom and flexibility, plus a base salary that is commensurate on your experience, bonus, benefits, commission, and vehicle. $45-60,000.
