Overview:

    Provides leadership and management for all production employees.
    Ensures all production outputs and quality specifications are met, responsible for employee performance and retention.

To be considered for this role:

    2 or more year’s college education preferred
    3 or more years’ supervisory experience in meat processing (fresh pork processing) preferred.
    NOTE – Cut/ Conversion must have fresh pork processing experience, Kill area – pork or beef preferred

Salary: $45,000.00 - $54,000.00
