Floral farm located in southern California is seeking a manager to lead and manage all day-to-day functions and activities.

This is a high dollar crop and requires someone with experience with flowers, house plants, and related root stock. The desired candidate will have a minimum of a BS degree in horticulture, plus experience managing a commercial production site and equivalent experience growing multiple floral crops. Candidates who can speak excellent English and Spanish are strongly desired.

You'll be responsible for all regulatory, pest and disease management, maintenance, equipment, and personnel, plus will be the primary point of contact for product development, sales, international production, and implementation of strategic company directives.

You will receive excellent benefits and compensation package. $70-75,000.
