Highly respected swine management group is seeking a Swine to Finish Manager to be based in the Midwest location.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a two-year animal agriculture degree and two years experience in the wean-to- finish swine production industry.

Education can be offset with additional experience.
The Finishing Manager will be the liaison between the management company and their contract grower.
You will work with every aspect of the finishing process to assure that the producers are providing the best possible care for the pigs - from placement inspection to implementing marketing plans.
You will be entrusted to foster good contact grower relationships and build a win-win team environment.
