Dairy Technical Specialist / Nutritionist

PhD or DVM - Dairy Tech Specialist - Nutritionist position is available with a company focusing on excellence and value in their product offering.
This position will provide sales and tech support to existing staff selling value added dairy equipment, management and supply/nutrition products.
The chosen candidate will need to work directly with large dairy producers to solve their problems related to animal health, management and nutrition.
This position will manage regular contact with sales personnel, consultants, owners, herd managers, corporate companies, veterinarians and academic thought leaders. Must have proven track record of performance, and working industry relationships in North America.

What you will be doing in your new role?

    Provide technical assistance to sales team including training and interpretation of research.
    Position Company with consulting nutritionists and veterinarians, to increase recommendations of company products. Work with Sales Managers and sales team to grow the company Dairy business.
    Provide education and training to Sales team to continually improve knowledge and skill sets.
    Assist with conducting and/or monitoring of company research partnerships at university or on farm facilities.
    Assist in development/review of technical and sales materials.
    Create and present scientific presentations as needed.
