A rapidly growing production plant in the area is currently looking to fill a Production Plant Manager position at one of their most profitable locations. The Plant Manager will be overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility. This individual will report directly to the GM and work hand-in-hand with the production team, maintenance team and oversee the labs.

THIS PERSON MUST HAVE PLANT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND AN ENGINEERING DEGREE.

Production Plant Manager Functions:

* Day-to-day operations including sales, inventory, safety, equipment, staff
* Create and maintain relationships with customers
* Perform basic to complex client obligations
* Maintain current product knowledge of agriculture driven equipment

Production Plant Manager Qualifications:

* Agriculture background
* Engineering Degree required
* 10+ years of retail (preferably agronomy related)
* Self-motivated and a team player
* Prior management experience (preferably in an AG dealership)
* Strong leadership skills

Compensation:

* Competitive salary $85K+
