QUALIFICATIONS:
·          Must have strong multi-tasking and prioritization ability
·          Acute attention to detail
·          Ability to commit to long hours and possible weekends if necessary
·          Logistics experience preferred but not required
·          Strong sense of urgency, and a “get-it-done” mentality
·          Experience in Microsoft application
·          Excellent communication and organizational skills                                                  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Responds to inquiries on shipment shipping status – track and trace cargo. Assist organization with customs and logistics related issues. Development of creative routings to provide most cost effective service. Must have excellent customer service skills in attending to steamship lines, airlines, agents, truckers, transload facilities, foreign offices in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Knowledge in both ocean/export operations is a plus.
Execute any special projects or informational requests Self starter with excellent oral and written communication and computer skills Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities proficiently. Hours vary due to priorities in international markets. Very fast-paced, consistently changing environment. Must be able manage multiple priorities *LI-MG1
