Assistant Mill Manager

Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in managing non-supervisory employees
- Completing Preventative Maintenance requirements according to established program
- Monitor quality control of commodities received through regular inspection and testing
- Following recommendations from consulting Nutritionist to ensure quality of finished feed product
- Modeling safe work practices and following safety rules and policies
- Assist in developing of department capital and operating budgets
- Manage department supplies inventory
