Successful east central Illinois grain company is seeking a Grain Operations Superintendent who is a self-starter and hard worker to oversee all grain operations at this truck house facility.

The successful candidate will get to run their own elevator in the fall and will be able to use their excellent communication skills to talk with farmers to capture leads on buying grain as well as in working with other staff. There will be ample opportunity for overtime including extra hours during harvest drying grain at night. This person will also get to assist at another larger nearby elevator whenever things are slow at this facility.
Candidates must have high integrity, be a self-motivated leader, and have the patience to work with and train other team members including part-timers at harvest. At least two years of grain operations experience is highly desirable; however, this company will train a talented, mature individual with a college degree who desires to step into this type of career opportunity.

Compensation will be hourly with a lot of overtime and will likely begin in the $40's on an annual basis plus an attractive benefits package and bonus program.
