Position Purpose:
Regional ASC Area Manager for Ohio and Michigan based in Bellevue, Ohio

Qualifications:
Experience-Education (Required):

• At least 10 years of management experience. 4 year degree. Experience managing people and facilities a plus.
• Background in warehousing/ distribution
• Experience with agriculture products
• Knowledge of DOT and transportation
• Competencies-Skills (Required):
• Must be computer literate
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office
• Experience with P&L and finance
• Good communication skills
• Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced distribution environment
• Experience in JDE and OTM
• Experience in planning and forecasting product demand

Experience-Education (Preferred):

• Bachelor degree in supply chain or relate field. A masters/MBA a plus

Competencies-Skills (Preferred):

• Prior experience in bar coding and warehouse layout
