Provide expertise on beef premium programs for all sales channels. This position will work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Scheduling to develop a business plan for the beef program(s) and lead and support the execution of that plan.


Participate in the development of annual strategic business plan for beef programs
Collaborate with pricing on developing a formula, spot and fixed based pricing strategy to accomplish program sold position objectives
Participate and facilitate the execution of program business plans through the collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Scheduling, and Operations.
Participate in the development of an annual volume, margin, utilization, and expense budget for the program (s) of responsibility.
Develop and maintain a program scorecard benchmarking program volume, margin, utilization and expenses
Provide program sales training and expertise on all program related inquiries, while maintaining knowledge of competitive program offerings
Work collaboratively with sales to develop target list of customers for new distribution by brand and channel
Collaborate with sales and marketing to support existing accounts and facilitate the development of new program proposals analyzing customer mix and total program contribution.
Lead the new product and program development process including the creation of specifications, packaging, product and sales forecasts.

Business or Ag Science

More than 2  years experience in fresh meats industry is desired(overall working knowledge)
More than 2  years of either retail or foodservice sales or both is desired
Minimum 2 years of value added/premium program experience is desired 

This position is highly collaborative within JBS. The person in this position will be an advocate and ambassador of the program (s) they are responsible for, as well as for JBS. This position will be located at the JBS USA Corporate Headquarters in Greeley, CO. *LI-MG1
