Sales Rep Duties:

* Selling a major agriculture product in a growing territory
* Calling on accounts and maintaining positive relationships with customers
* Establishing and growing relationships
* Bringing experience and new skills/methods to the company
* Generating new business leads
* Providing excellent customer service
* Staying up to date & knowledgeable regarding company product

Sales Rep Skills & Qualifications:

* Self-starter & incentive-driven
* Excellent customer service and communication
* Knowledge of ag industry, preferably grain or agronomy equipment
* Driving record in good standing
* 5+ years of sales experience is preferred

Compensation:

* Limitless earning potential (base + commission)
* Years of service bonuses
