2nd Shift Breaded Front

Purpose:
To prepare and mix raw materials for production, according to product formulation.

• -Prepare and mix raw materials for production according to product specifications
• -Drive jack and move tubs/ingredients around work place as needed.
• -Detailed documentation of of work done
• -Ensure food safety
• HS Diploma/GED
• at least 18 year of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong work history, worked for one employer for at least 6 months in the past three years.
• Willing and able to stand for several hours
• Willing and able to work in wet and extreme cold and hot conditions
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Push up to 500 lb tubs
• Acquire Perdue jack license
• Read, write and speak English
• Good reading and analytical skills
