Established agricultural equipment company seeks Sales Manager to lead a team of salesman in the mid-Atlantic.

To considered for this role you must have a
- Proven leadership of a sales team so you can coach the team to new heights
- Ability to think strategically in order to set goals and create a marketing plan & budget for them
- Ability to hold sales reps accountable for achievements in order to ensure success
- Process for recruiting, evaluating and coaching sales reps and the ability to de-hire when necessary
- Experience working with a multi-million $ budget or P/L.
- High organizational skills in order to keep multiple priorities moving forward and paperwork complete
- Experience in agriculture or chemicals business preferred.
Short term objectives
- Increase sales and net margin of consumable products
- Increase sales reps abilities to drive sales on-the-farm
- Create strategy for growth and success
- Increase capital sales and develop new customers
- Evaluate current sales team, train/replace as needed

- Oversee service department
- Grow to General Manager role
