The Market & Intelligence Manager, a key position in Regional Marketing, is responsible for:
Building with the Regional Marketing Managers the market and BASF growth outlook for the next 10 -years.
Organizing all the market assessments for the new product launches, together with the RMM’s.
Providing publicly available information on Competitive Intelligence and organizing War Games within Regional Marketing.
Building with external consultants an outlook of the AgChem industry in North America.

Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline
A minimum of 10 years of marketing/sales experience
Strategic and analytical thinking
Influence and impact
Conflict management
Demonstrated potential to be developed professionally within BASF

Preferred:
Experience in Market & Competitive intelligence
Participation in the business development, marketing and financial analysis of the launch of new products
Ability and willingness to relocate for future opportunities
