Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a successful Grain Elevator in Delaware in the search for an experienced Grain Elevator Manager. Will be supervising 3 full-time employees and 15-17 drivers hauling grain and fertilizer, all while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Elevator. Will be assisting in the safety programs, oversee truck dispatching, schedule and follow through of maintenance, and help receive and grade grain while monitor inventory. No buying/selling of grain, but looking for someone with the ability to offer pricing options to customers. Must have experience supervising employees and have a working knowledge of grain elevators. Computer skills a must and a degree would be a plus!

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must meet position qualifications and have demonstrated the necessary technical or job skills:

-Working knowledge of grain elevators
-Experience supervising employees
-Farm background
-Prefer electrical and maintenance background
-Computer skills (Microsoft Office-Excel, Word)
